StackedTech Terms of Services

Refunds
All refunds are given within 7 days after being a client of StackedTech. If you pay yearly plan, you get partial refund (30% of what you have left). We do not give refunds on Domain Names. No refunds on Dedicated Servers or VPS plans. All refunds are given to only Shared hosting accounts and Resellers. Note: if you break any rule of our TOS, your refund will no longer be valid.
Fraud
Any payment over $50 with StackedTech; We will call you if: 1) your paypal, egold, or moneybookers are not verified 2) you payed via echeck and we have to wait for it to clear 3) false information was given on your profile. If your phone number is incorrect, we will email you to have it changed to a correct phone number.
Support
Our sales support is 24/7, providing all questions any time of the day. Our level 1 support (main billing, support) is on 24 hours a day and do support via Ticket + Live chat. Our level 2 support is on from 8AM-12PM Monday-Sunday PST. Our level 3 support are online 24/7 (12 hour shifts) monitoring the servers for a service being down, or high load. Please note, if you do not get a reply within 24 hours, we are usually working on the case or getting side assistance for the issue.
Setup
Your account will be setup within 24 hours of the order date.
Proxy
You may not run a proxy server or website on our servers. If we find a proxy site or server placed on our servers it will be suspended and your refund will not longer be valid. Note: you may run these on any of our dedicated server packages.
IRC, Chat
We do not allow IRC, or chat services (http, etc) on our servers due to load. Phpmychat, etc are not allowed. Your account will be suspended if any found on our servers. Note: you may run these on any of our dedicated server packages.
Game servers
We do not allow game servers on shared or reseller hosting packages. Your account will be suspended if found, and your refund will no longer be valid. Note: you may run these on any of our vps or dedicated server packages.
Exceptions
Customer shall not receive any credits under this agreement in connection with any failure or deficiency of the StackedTech network caused by or associated with:
Circumstances beyond reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of any governmental body, war, insurrection, sabotage, embargo, "Acts of God" (i.e....fire, flood, earthquake, tornado, etc...), strike or other labor disturbance, interruption of or delay in transportation, unavailability of or interruption or delay in telecommunications or third party services, failure of third party software or inability to obtain raw materials, supplies, or power used in or equipment needed for provision of the Service Agreement Telco Failure (i.e....Verizon™ cutting a fibre line somewhere)
How to Cancel your account

Please notify us at least 7 days before your periodic billing date, to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
Hardware failure
Our servers have 2 hour replacement gurantee by our datacenter if any service or problem goes wrong. Same goes for all VPS and Dedicated server packages.
Measurement
StackedTech will periodically (on average every 10 minutes) monitor StackedTech network and server availability using software and hardware components capable of measuring application traffic and responses. Client acknowledges that that such measurements may not measure the exact path traversed by Client’s Internet connection, and that such measurements constitute measurements across the StackedTech network but not other networks to which Client may connect. StackedTech reserves the right to periodically change the measurement points and methodologies it uses without notice to Client. Full network and server reporting will be posted to a location designated by StackedTech and made available to Client.
Uptime - Connection
Our network is connected too 100MBPS up/down datatransfer line. We provide 99.9% Uptime guranteed via the network. We currently have not dropped below that for the last 8 months
Content
Warez, Appz, or any other illegal content hosted on our servers are not allowed. Note: Legal shareware or freeware and legal adult content are allowed on our servers. (Child pornography is highly restricted).
Email spamming
Email spamming is strictly prohibited on our servers. Any spamm email messages being sent out are immediately disconnected and the account will be suspended.
Suspension/Deactivation
If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed it will result in grounds for account suspension or deactivation. StackedTech reserves the right to remove any account without prior notice. If StackedTech deactivates your account(s) for violating policy, your will forfeit your rights to a 7 Money Back Guarantee. Any advance payments may be held to cover liabilities for your actions, and will be determined on a case by case basis. Normal policy for abuse is a warning first, and account deactivation the secondoffence. Serious offences may cause immediate deactivation. We have the right to remove any account for any reason.
